Claire is Thankful for....

Last night, when it was bed time, Claire decided she did not want help saying her prayers...

This is how it went:

Thank you for apples, grapes, tomatoes (which she has never eaten), lettuce, brocolli-Amen.

I am suprised PB and J, chicken nuggets, ramen noodles, and pizza did not make the list.

I decided after looking at several people who children's birthday's were after my child's that it was time to give Claire her shinning moment.

Claire turned 3 on August 7. I have found that it's hard to explain my children in just a few words. So, i guess what I'm saying is that I don't know if I could describe her the right way. She has definitely never given me alot of problems... although I do wish we could get the kid to stay asleep in her bed instead of on the floor by the door. But, she's just happy, bright, and content. I'm excited that she has begun to express interest in things such as ballet, that help her personality shine.


So here's to the party girl.... She had two parties. One with her church girl friends and another one a couple days later with all her aunts, uncles, grandparents (minus Pa Pa who hadn't quite made it back from ATL) She sure is lukcy! We love that lil Girl!

Breaking Dawn Release Party

Apparently, you could wear prom attire as in the ending of Twilight, Shelby and I were not aware of this.
The Fearnley Girls-Shelby, Valorie, Brooke (cousin)
We were letter C. We only had to wait about 20 min.!!
This was the station where you could get your nails painted, put glitter in your hair, etc. I opted for some pink streaks and so did Shelby.
Overall, we had fun and I didn't have to wait too long in line! It took me about 5 days to finish the whole thing. I won't give you a detailed book review...thats what book club is for right!

Fun-Filled-Friday

Glad to be back! Last Friday was action packed. First we started at Mud Island , the girls Loved it! It was really fun and free if you park on the island. It wore them out and both kids were asleep within 5 min. of leaving.

1. Ace of Base- I Saw the Sign. Yes, I was 11 and that was COOL. I mean totally... Me and my freind Rachel used to sing pretty much the entire Ace of Base album together all the time.





2. Also around the age of 11-13, I had a Celine Dione CD of which I knew ALL the words i mean ALL the words. I can't think of any of the top of my head but I really liked that CD. However, now, I can barely stand her because of the Titanc.. Sorry girls... that moive is the worst.





3. Amy Grant- BABY Baby ... the stars are shining for you and just like I know that they adore you stop for a mintue baby I'm so glad that your mine and ever since the day you put my heart in motion ...Baby I realized that I just can't get enough of you...





4. When I was 12, i got a stereo with a cd player and one of the cd's that I got with was a Aladdian soundtrack Cd... I used to listen to it all the time and dance! What a geek!





5. Lastly, I really like Tom Petty. I'm not really sure if that's embrassing or not but... I mean ever since I can like remember ..... I just think it's werid.
