I'm a little behind on posting the Easter pics. We had a good one. I really enjoyed hearing parts of the talk by Bruce R. McConkie. It is a powerful witness about Jesus Christ and the power of the Resurrection. If you haven't read it ... then I would encourage you to do so!
The girls enjoyed doing multiple egg hunts this year. Annie is not afraid to eat the candy wrapper and all!!! We celebrated Jed' birthday over that same weekend. I surprised him by taking him to Range USA and putting up with the shooting range for a couple of hours. Thanks to all the family members for keeping it a secret.

Amusement
I thought I would post a video clip that I worked on a ridiculous amount of time on today!! These are things that I do while my kids nap. I've really got into editing lately. I can't imagine what it would be like to make a real movie!! Well, anyways... I'm just proud of myself and thought I would share some of my cleverness with you!:) (Date of video is sometime around Aug. 2007)

5 Fun Things About ME
Thanks to Tracy for the Tag!! I've never been "tagged" before and its fun!!!
1. This is something I think no one knows about me ( even Jed) .. When I was little I used to want to be living in a different time. Like, for instance, after I read Little Women... I my head all day long I would pretend like I was living in whatever time period I had just read about. SO I my head I would be dressed in different clothes.. etc... I mean this went on for like YEARS! I loved the Little House on the Prairie books, so then I would pretend I was in that area too,... etc.. I think the thing I liked the most about these types of books and time periods was the fact that the women wore long dresses and had all kinds of cool things to wear under and over them like pinafores or corsets.
2. Related to this, I did not stop playing with Barbie dolls until I was like 13!! Seriously.... I just really had so much fun dressing them up and having these imaginary worlds.
3. I have always wanted to learn how to ride a horse bearback. I really like horses all though I've only ridden one like maybe 6 or 7 times. I just think it would be awesome to ride through a huge field and have the wind blow through my hair and all that.. I just think horses are really beautiful animals and would love to have one I could ride whenever (I just don't really want to take care of the poop and stuff)
4. For a girl, I really like sports. For instance, I sometimes watch sports when Jed ISN'T home. I watch the Titans on Sundays, I watch the NCAA Tournament, I don't like baseball or the NBA. But Football and College ball are the way to go!! I do not like to PLAY sports, I like to watch them. However, one day soon.. I am going to start working on running a 5k! * More about that later!!**
5. I generally don't have a favorite band or movie... etc. I'm not sure why but I've never been good at picking something has my favorite,,, I don't really even have a best friend. (except Jed)
I have always had friends.. just not a Best friend. Back to my point, I usually listen to classic rock in my car and yet, I could hardly tell you who any of the people are singing it or anything. I usually only watch a movie once and never care to see it again even if I liked it. We only own about 30 movies (maybe less).
Okay, Well Hope that was Interesting to you!!! OKAY I tag------ Christina, Erin, and Danielle!!! LOVE YA

Kids Say the Dardnest Things
So, yesterday morning, we are doing our typical thing of getting dressed, etc.... Well Claire is playing with a Barbie and I see her get that thinking look on her face and she is counting the Barbie's fingers and then she looks at me with a face of worry but also slight disgust " Mama, Barbie doesn't have any toes!!!!" PRICELESS.

Old Friends
Today was an awesome day!! We had an old friend over. Most of you know Bri...She came to visit us this morning, along with our regular visitor, Jackson. That's right, I took care of four kids by myself!! And honestly they were so good! Everyone got along... I think they ate all the Ritz crackers and peanut butter in the house but other than that it was great. However, I do not think that I would like to have four little kids at home as a permanent part of life. I was quite outnumbered. I felt like a giant!!:) Well, Bri, We will miss you but, here's a few pics to remind you of us!!

Dont you ever wonder...
Okay, this is me thinking out loud, which I think is basically the point of these things. Do you ever have moments where you go.. Seriously what was I thinking... I mean yes.. the weather was great yesterday and yes the kids did need to get out of the house, so we get in the car and we go... Shopping.. Now anyone who has ever tired to shop with two children ( or one for that matter) who both have control of their feet knows that its is pretty much insane. Call me insane! So, we go to Old Navy to exchange something I had bought but not tried on the day before, at which point Claire declares: " I wanna get out to help ew" , great.. we havent even been there 5 min. Next, Annie starts the GRUNT.... You know.. the grunt where the child acts as if the straps on the stroller are so tight they might die... Okay so I can work past all that, next we head to Rack Room, at which point Annie must get out... and Claire For Get it.. she's been out and is "helping" me push the stroller (With at this point no kids in it) so, anyways to make a long story short.. I really feel sorry for the people who work there after we left the kids isle. Annie was very concerned with how neat everything looked and had to fix it!!
So, to end this adventure,, I bought them ICE CREAM to EAT IN THE CAR!! Seriously, don't you ever wonder... Share your Don't you ever wonder moments !!!
Unrealted to this point, Thanks to G.Grandma Hiatt for Choc. Raisins. They were eaten in mere seconds!
