Fort Building

Seems like a great place to read a book or play with a doll.
Okay, so alot of my friends know that Claire has chosen the floor by the door as her favorite place to sleep at night so, Jed and I have tired various ideas to trick, bribe, etc.. her to stay in bed to fall asleep. Thus, far nothing has worked. This Friday night, we tried the fort. It did not work.
O well! What else were we going to do on Friday night!!

Val,

Yeah, we only have 8 weeks til the 1/2 marathon but you can soooo do it! I swear. Just do 2 miles 3 times next week, with 1 3 miles. Then, do 3 miles 3 times the next week with 1 4 miles. Then, keep the 3 miles and just up the 1 long workout until the race. It doesnt matter if you run the whole way each time. Just do the distance even if you have to walk. Go girl!!
